A slap is a particular type of blow. It is generally deivered with the fingers and meaty part of the hand. You hear a sharp crack when deliveriing one. A facepalm is done with the boney part of the palm. The sound is a dull thud.

Nope. I competed a lot. Compettiton can be like combat. It is for all the marbles. I embraced a lot of Eastern thought and was influenced by how they compete.
