Every singular part of the apple is itselfs, any owners right is juridical. You canot take a singular part from itself.

Whatever you're doing, it isn't math.  I was first tempted to call it meta-mathematics, but even that has more structure than what your doing.  Philosophy maybe?

Your apple implies that you and the apple belongs to the same sum of singular units. If you take it away there is no you, in the same way as if you take away your head there is no you either.

S = you

apple belongs to S

S - apple = P
P ≠ S

From what I see in this magasine, the CO2 level is one third of what it was at the Perm Trias Catastrophy though. But that was really bad.

Infinity is full. Any S independent of size, does not contain a value higher then inf
In the same way, there can not exist any 0, instead, 1 is the smallest number,
since a number smaller then 1 would insinuate that there is a number higher then infinity.
In the same way you can't take infinity + 1 you cannot take 1-1, since you cannot take something from itself.

You cannot take it from it.

hence .999... does not exist.

log(10^-inf) = -inf = -log(10^inf)

10^inf does not belong to S

neither does 1/10^-inf.

I don't think that would be appropriate since that wouldn't be giving it enough credit, nor would it end with a dot." And it all was a very nice dream. " would be adequate

Such as?  And what evidence is there that an ice age is coming?  And what is the iron dust you speak of?

Iron dust is just that: dust of iron. If you release it in the sea, the sea turns grean of algies, and the algies will absorb the carbon dioxide.

The ice age is comming because we messed things up Ricky. The ice is almost gone, and that is the way to the ice age.

On further notice, that gas might be bad to release.

How about this gas:

wikipedia wrote:

According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, SF6 is the most potent greenhouse gas that it has evaluated, with a global warming potential of 22,200 times that of CO2 over a 100 year period (for countries reporting their emissions to the UNFCCC, a GWP of 23,900 for SF6 is used as it was decreted at the third Conference of the Parties: GWP used in Kyoto protocol).[3] Its mixing ratio in the atmosphere is lower than that of CO2 (about 4 ppt in 1990 versus 365 ppm of carbon dioxide),[4] its contribution to global warming is accordingly low.

I guess it would be a last desperate solution, perhaps that wouldn't work with the ozone either so it's better to not test it.

About moving to the equator:
Watcha know, back to the roots.

About it not being funny at all:
No kidding!

About not releasing iron dust in the ocean:
we can release it further up, where no one will live. Cause we don't have enough fuel to run the fishingboats up there anyway, probably.

About the double posting, just delete one.

The point is, there is no turning back, either we wait this 14 times longer ice age out or we release more greenhouse gases. If we wait it out, we die. We have no choice.

Unless ofcourse we release iron dust in the sea. We might make it to a normal ice age. If we do it now at ones.

We'd die anyway.

You do understand that when the winter comes, they will try to overdo it? Release huge amounts of super greenhouse gases, a hundred thousand times worse then carbon dioxide?

It seems like it's going to be very cold, not to mention it wouldv'e been an ice age even if we only let out one tenth of what we did/have done.
So you are probably right, LS, it is going to be very cold. Or if we overdid it, and the ice just melts and nothing more happens...

Atleast the wheather is bad enough here, we don't need no more toxic waste. I call it that cause everything is toxic in big amounts. Greenhouse gas is toxic in the amounts we use. More deadly then any poison that has ever been used.

(a + b)^3 = a^3 + b^3 + 3ab^2 + 3ba^2 = 3ab(a+b) + (a + b)^3 + a^3 + b^3

3ab = -4
a^3 + b^3 = 4 = 3ab
a = -4/3b

(-4/3b)^3 + b^3 = 4

-(4/3)^3 + b^6 = 4b^3
(b^3)^2 - b^3 + -(4/3)^3 = 0

b^3 = 1/2 +/- sqrt(1/4+4/3^3)
figure out a in the same way as b and a + b = m

If no solutions work, there is only false solutions.

#896 Re: Help Me ! » What is M? » 2007-05-28 22:51:48

For goodness sake, it's a third degree equation, all 3-power equations have 3 solutions. they might not be real, but they are actual
"might m be complex"

it is called "may", not "might". If they may not there is no right solution, only wrong or "bad" solutions. Even if they are bad they might not be complex, they are complex.

#897 Re: Dark Discussions at Cafe Infinity » What shape is the universe? » 2007-05-28 20:03:48

Yes.

why?

because there is more space on the inside then on the outside, the universe will be bent. That you must understand. For all I know you are a mathematician.

Yes. Still it is very serious. Humans are very sensitive these days. We can't adjust to living somewhere else, simpler, where you don't know the language and without money from the house since no one wants to buy it because no one can use it.

Are you dissing me or what?

If something, through creating space, moves mass then it must use alot of energy, since moving mass from other masses must (incase this is how ufoes fly) do so.

If more length per second then the speed of light is created between 2 bodies, then we will experience them as moving faster then light speed

If you imagine our time with more space then whatever time before, then the inside (earth) would be bigger then the outside (other galaxies etc.) for our eyes, that sees photones. hence a galaxy would as a matter of factly, look much bigger then they are.

Would you just tell me what is left to make the matter and space expand...

As far as we know, matter isn't expanding.  It's just space.  The cause behind it is unknown.  We don't even know what space is made up of.

I for one believe in cause and effect. If something is moving the mass through creating space, then I expect that the dark matter or whatever it is doing this releases quite alot of energy, not to mention that the effect would be homogenous, which would mean overlightspeed movement when you look into space at past events, not to mention that everything would look magnified when you look out through this space bubble on the space around us which partly does not exist yet, don't you think?

That would explain why there is no dark matter around, since it is all smoked.
