Well that I can not convince you. If you will not believe what I say, what is the point of saying?

Hmmm, omerta! Watch out, bobbym!

Hi bobbym,

I'm fine.

How are you?

Okay.

I'm reading Dr. Z's Opinions. He tells most of my thoughts as well.

Yes, he is certainly a strange man. Those opinions are incredibly interesting. I also watch his videos but he never makes one point that I have been waiting for!

There is an important extension of Sister Celine's ideas and Ramanujans too. They keep mentioning it in there books but do not tell of the latest research. I know they have made some discovery along these lines.

Some of Ramanujans ideas consisted of proving something by reducing the number of cases to a small finite number and then trying them all. He did this with a famous problem that he proves by trying just 7 cases. The four color theorem is another example of this!

Him and Herbert speak of a method of proof that would reduce every combinatoric identity to trying a small number of cases numerically! I came across just yesterday when he let some of that leak out. Probably before publication.

Imagine proving things by reducing the problem to plugging in just 5 or 6 numbers!

I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.

Yes, that would be wonderful!

Is the idea available in his site?

I'll see you after a little break.

Hi gAr;

No, it is not. He hints at it even in his videos. The discretists ( he is one, so am I ) do not believe in the concept of infinity, or the greek concept of proof.

I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.

What a fascinating thread. Where do they come from? Knots, discretists, omerta, viciousness... A literal plethora of disjoint concepts.

Hmmm. You dig out old ones everyday...

But that is not why I did it. I was looking for an answer to your question in another thread. A search led me here. So, I read it and revived it.

I am leaving the thread open, I did not give my present occupation away.
