Re: The 4 SeasonsNice find. Thanks! He could also be found in Gardner Mass microfiche of newspapers, since he came from there. We have clippings! igloo myrtilles fourmis #27 20100908 07:42:47
Re: The 4 SeasonsMicrofiche, I haven't used it in a long time. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it. All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof. #28 20100908 07:53:21
Re: The 4 SeasonsYeah, I've had fun with it at a few colleges here and there. Not all newpapers are on the net yet probably, so it still is viable. igloo myrtilles fourmis #29 20100908 08:06:13

Re: The 4 Seasons
I know this is late, but I happened to stumble upon this post. Turns out Charles, or "Whitey" as he goes by, is my next door neighbor. He still loves to talk about his career with NASA and how he got to push the button. Did it for all the odd numbered Apollo missions (except 13). His favorite is the one when he came back in to work after Apollo 11 and found his button was missing. Someone had cut it out, mounted it on a plaque, and presented it to someone...(I think Nixon?). Super nice guy. He came over and pulled the leaves out of my gutter for my wife while I was away a few weeks ago. And he has a beautiful flower garden that he lets my kids play in. #39 20110426 12:37:17
