Re: The 4 SeasonsNice find. Thanks! He could also be found in Gardner Mass microfiche of newspapers, since he came from there. We have clippings! Imagine for a moment that even an earthworm may possess a love of self and a love of others. #27 2010-09-08 07:42:47
Re: The 4 SeasonsMicrofiche, I haven't used it in a long time. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. Probability is the most important concept in modern science, especially as nobody has the slightest notion what it means. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. #28 2010-09-08 07:53:21
Re: The 4 SeasonsYeah, I've had fun with it at a few colleges here and there. Not all newpapers are on the net yet probably, so it still is viable. Imagine for a moment that even an earthworm may possess a love of self and a love of others. #29 2010-09-08 08:06:13

Re: The 4 SeasonsI used to play in a band when I was just a teenager called the Monadnock Dixieland Express. Imagine for a moment that even an earthworm may possess a love of self and a love of others. #31 2010-09-08 08:31:04

Re: The 4 Seasons
I know this is late, but I happened to stumble upon this post. Turns out Charles, or "Whitey" as he goes by, is my next door neighbor. He still loves to talk about his career with NASA and how he got to push the button. Did it for all the odd numbered Apollo missions (except 13). His favorite is the one when he came back in to work after Apollo 11 and found his button was missing. Someone had cut it out, mounted it on a plaque, and presented it to someone...(I think Nixon?). Super nice guy. He came over and pulled the leaves out of my gutter for my wife while I was away a few weeks ago. And he has a beautiful flower garden that he lets my kids play in. #39 2011-04-26 12:37:17
