This guy goes to prison. At night, when all the lights are out, he hears someone a few cells down say "131" - there is laughter all up and down the cells. A bit later someone else says "295" and there is more laughter.

Next day in the exercise yard he asks what it was all about ... and they tell him that they have all been in for so long they've come up with numbers for all the jokes they know.

So that night he tries it out. "400" he says. There is stony silence. Then one of the other prisoners says "Hey, New Guy! It's how you tell it that matters!"
