No, because 4 and 2 are the only two even digits that appear exactly 2 times, of course.

Though, what you said might be another reason for it.

#604 Re: This is Cool » i = i^x mod 4 » 2014-09-03 05:28:32

That is not much of a surprise, since 0.02th root of i is 50th power of i. No need for for modulo to get involved.

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?

Is the Matrix reality?

#606 Re: Introductions » ɑβγ » 2014-09-02 21:59:21

Hi ɑβγ

Welcome to the forum! smile

What is your favourite Greek letter?

#607 Re: Jokes » Poem by a student » 2014-08-31 03:56:59

Hm, thanks for digging this thread up.

#608 Re: Help Me ! » Simplify the following: » 2014-08-27 06:00:33

That's the same thing as the last one.

#609 Re: This is Cool » Find all the prime numbers in a given range.... » 2014-08-27 05:56:26

That is incorrect. For example, 25 would remain after the process, but is not prime.

#610 Re: Help Me ! » A little confusion » 2014-08-27 05:51:38

Hi PatternMan

Do you remember how the absolute value of a number is defined?

#613 Re: Introductions » hi » 2014-08-20 11:20:15

Hi iluvdogs

Welcome to the forum! smile

What is your favourite fur color?

That said, I think both of you have asked incorrect questions. smile

#615 Re: Help Me ! » I have proved Goldbach's theorem can someone check it for me? » 2014-08-16 21:34:19

I don't think "proving it" probabilistically does not actually prove it, just shows it's true in many cases, unless I'm missing something.

#616 Re: Introductions » Olinguito » 2014-08-14 22:09:58

Hi Olinguito

Welcome to the forum! smile

What's your favourite colour?

#617 Re: Help Me ! » Geometry » 2014-08-12 23:27:19

Assuming y is the number of cubes, the formula is y=e^3/x^3.

#618 Re: Help Me ! » Circle Geo Problems » 2014-08-09 01:03:00

I'v also had that problem with the word "p.o.k.e.r".

#619 Re: Jokes » Math Pick-up Lines » 2014-08-07 02:14:00

The first and third one are plays on familiar and cheesy pickup lines.

#622 Re: Help Me ! » Derivative of Ln(x) » 2014-08-01 05:07:51

Is there any way you could post a picture of that or maybe use LaTeX?

#623 Re: Help Me ! » Derivative of Ln(x) » 2014-08-01 02:48:31

Hm, it's all mixed up. How is 1/ln(g) * ln(x) = (1/ln(g)) * (1/x) ?

#624 Re: Jokes » Math Pick-up Lines » 2014-07-31 10:23:15

That doesn't mean it does not have meaning.

#625 Re: Jokes » Math Pick-up Lines » 2014-07-31 06:21:03

The number 3 does not exist either, then.
