I think so too, mainly cause I have one. But on Kick-As$ there was a guy who had a lisp, he was very cute. And featured in my signature.

Not a lisp, but LISP (List Processing), programming language invented by John McCarthy. The language of choice for the AI community.

Artificial Intelligence. Because in LISP everything is a list even the program itself. It was very attractive to early AI programmers.
