Good Q. How large is a slice of pi? How many angels can dance on a pin? And why would they?

We could make that a formal definition. Say we hire about 10 normal people and ask them to review every new thread. If they can't understand it, it stays. If they can, its moved to less prestigious forum. It should work but now we have to decide what qualifies as a normal person.

mr humble from primary school did it was about shapes right the vertices time edges equalled something or i think i got it mixed up lo.
mr humble is a university professer who taught my dad at brunel. he takes 12 children(the best at maths yay me in the whole year 6) every thursday and teaches us

Just a suggestion.......Why not have an Abel forum to disucuss the basics? Abel the great went very far, but then that was simply because his basics was very strong!

Thanks again   That was just a suggestion...... Abel's forum can disucss the very basics, the axioms, the conjectures, etc. Like (just a thought again) we can discuss the mutilated chess board etc.
