Experimental Monotheism Study

EM is the religion where we initialise by believing there is 1.000000000 God and then run simulations to find the error bars on that number

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

When you write a number like 1.000000000 do you know what that implies at least to a bumpkin?

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

Nope, but I do not have enough memory to handle more digits.

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

Hope I can remember this correctly but when you say 1.000 000 000 you are implying that all those digits are correct which means you know the error is less than ± .000 000 000 05

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

That is correct but it does not apply here. It's just the initialisation. After a few iterations, the value might change

Then start with an initial value of 1.0 or 1.

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

Nope, that was our sacred number. Exodus 8.2 +- 0.03 advises we use it.

Apparently, Bible likes frogs too?

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

Frogs were considered a plague. For instance the Cane Toad.

Exodus 8.2 needs to be revised

Re: Experimental Monotheism Study

Not really, those frogs are considered an invasive species in Florida and Australia. They secrete a large amount of toxins and can kill a dog or any large predator that eats or licks them. They grow in Florida to be quite large and lay many eggs.

Reminds me of:
