I would love to have some help solving this math problem.

Determine the value of 4(x + 4)-3 when x=7.

Hi;

Determine the value of 4(x + 4)-3 when x=7.

Wherever you see an x you replace it with a 7.

So 4(**x** + 4) - 3 becomes 4(**7** + 4) - 3.

4(**7 + 4**) - 3 becomes 4(**11**) - 3.

**4(11)** - 3 becomes **44** - 3 = 41 which is the answer.
