Neighbors!

I haven't done one of these in a long time and I apologize.

Here is the useful info this article contains:

You have the devaluers who don't mow their lawns enough and then you have type 2 who will shoot you dead if you cross their lawn. Lawns are a big deal in suburbia, ideally you are looking for the someone between the devaluer and the psychotic. Make a note of that.

To handle the richer than you neighbor I suggest hoping that the devaluer moves in next store or better yet the psychotic. That takes care of the richer than you neighbor.

For the type 4 wacky neighbor who barges into your house to raid your fridge, the psychotic type 2 seems tailor made for him too. Exit the wacky neighbor.

Now for type 5 " the difficult neighbor" he is so insidious that the description of him has been removed. Obviously he is immune to the the devaluer and bulletproof against the psychotic.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

I agree with you regarding the satisfaction and importance of actually computing some numbers. I can't tell you how often I see time and money wasted because someone didn't bother to run the numbers.

Yes, they love young people. Their bodies do not contain so many pollutants.
