Neighbors!

I haven't done one of these in a long time and I apologize.

Here is the useful info this article contains:

You have the devaluers who don't mow their lawns enough and then you have type 2 who will shoot you dead if you cross their lawn. Lawns are a big deal in suburbia, ideally you are looking for the someone between the devaluer and the psychotic. Make a note of that.

To handle the richer than you neighbor I suggest hoping that the devaluer moves in next store or better yet the psychotic. That takes care of the richer than you neighbor.

For the type 4 wacky neighbor who barges into your house to raid your fridge, the psychotic type 2 seems tailor made for him too. Exit the wacky neighbor.

Now for type 5 " the difficult neighbor" he is so insidious that the description of him has been removed. Obviously he is immune to the the devaluer and bulletproof against the psychotic.
