Re: time's table short poemsYeah, I just came online to say the same thing! Imagine for a moment that even an earthworm may possess a love of self and a love of others. #27 2006-02-25 14:33:26

Hmm... that will confusing. How could we change the format of the rhyme so that each one is unique? #32 2006-02-25 17:09:20

Re: time's table short poemsprecisly math is fun! We have to ryhme with BOTH factors. Thats not quite as easy. But it will work. A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm. #35 2006-02-25 17:14:01
Re: time's table short poemsI also have a flute. I played the flute for a while, then took up the clarinet. Liked it more. A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm. #36 2006-02-25 17:15:17
Re: time's table short poemsYup. My best instrument by far is the clarinet. I've played for 29 years. Imagine for a moment that even an earthworm may possess a love of self and a love of others. #37 2006-02-25 17:23:02
Re: time's table short poemswow! You must be quite good! I enjoyed it but my father was trying to turn me into some sort of musical genius and kind of pushed me to the point where it wasn't pleasent. I didn't want to persue music as a career. I just wanted to do it for recreation. So I eventually gave it up as not to waste my fathers time and money. But I still have a toot from time to time. I played for about 3 years, and was getting pretty good, but I enjoyed it little. Never really got to play the music I wanted to play. A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm. #38 2006-02-25 17:24:33
Re: time's table short poems
Well, I play flute, saxophone and clarinet as my main instruments. I can pick out some chords on my guitar and play the piano a little. And my ukulele playing started the other day in the music store...
Like this? #39 2006-02-25 17:28:43
Re: time's table short poemsIts good but thats a bit too much inuendo for a kids poem :-P Last edited by mikau (2006-02-25 17:29:15) A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm. #40 2006-02-26 04:44:02
Re: time's table short poemsIt's fun to hear about everyone being involved with music! I also can whistle a strange way I discovered which is really loud, but still very musical. You can form a diamond shaped hole with both index fingers and both thumbs and blow through. You have to cut your fingernails short to do it well, at least I do. At first I learned this forming a triangular hole with one thumb and two index fingers and blowing through, but the sound isn't quite as nice a timbre. It took a lot of practice to perfect... Re: time's table short poemsAt a lumberyard, wood (bois) is turned into boards (planks), and they may be marked with crayons, which rhymes with three (trois), five (cinq), fifteen (quinze).
