I am afraid I would not and here are my reasons.

1)Security, since you are interested in it you should understand. Windoze is the mainstay of the world but it is a very poor operating system. The people who designed it placed many back doors into the OS. This they claimed was so Bill could work efficiently with law enforcement.

Of course this was and is a joke. The truth is they sell these backdoors to whomever will pay him. In short he prostitutes his OS.

This disgusting practice can be defeated and a measure of privacy obtained by running a leaner, stripped down version of the OS. Unfortunately it also means having a small core of running programs that I trust. Subversion and CVS do not inspire my trust.

You are a bright young man. A promising one too. I feel you are a good guy. Therefore I must caution you about the SET.

Although the designers strenuously suggest that it be used only for penetration testing it seems to me that is sometimes just a cover for those who wish to learn the techniques of hacking. In other words that knowledge can be used for darker purposes.

Everyone who has such skill is tempted to use the knowledge in a way that can lead to trouble. Like knowing about napalm this might be one bit of knowledge that is best left unknown.

In my day the fascination was with chemistry ( their were no desktops or laptops ). Kids were given chemistry sets and they began to play. My friend Richard and I were of equal ability.
