Yes. Definition of unsolvable (by me):

There exists an element (which we will call man) from the set P (people) such that the problem B(n) is less than the knowledge of the element man.

By this definition,your problem is not unsolvable,thus it is solvable.Q.E.D.

New Question:

A person has a fair die, a fair coin and a 4 color spinner. The spinner has sections marked 1,2,4 and 8. Each with a probability of 1 / 4.

He throws the die and whatever number comes up he flips the coin that many times. He spins the spinner as many times as heads comes up from all the coin flips.What is the probability that the sum of the spinners spins is less than 5?
