Hide it,please! And let me check if it is correct.

I think the general term is good. I cannot say that for tge rec formuka. Did you check it?

They are all correct. The problem is they are sometime shifted.

Yes,all of those are correct. I missed the minus sign in your rec equation. Good job, bobbym!

May I ask how you derived the general formula?

Square root of 12.

Wow,you explained it to such detail! I understand it perfectly.

Joke aside, what do you mean-square root if 2?

We had this discussion in another thread. I tried to explain it then but I do not think I did. Remember the difference between a hand problem and a computer one?

Yes,I do.

I would like you to explain what that swquence has with sthat aquare root of 12.

If I posted

would you ask how I got it?

Oooh,so you solved it by a computer!

I will try to get an algebraic method tomorrow.if I get anything,I will post it.

There are methods to derive them but they are tedious and error prone.

The rule is whenever you learn a technique you immediately teach your computer

how to do it too. Then from that point on you get perfect answers at much higher speeds.

Those are all one line commands in M.

I got the answer by using GFs.

Could you maybe show me next weekend how to write a program for something like this in Maxima?

Your typing is getting worse.

Can you write the algorithm down or post it here?

There are two or three bobbym's. Sometimes I do not know whatb the other two are doing or why.

No,there is only one bobbym. Otherwise the world would crumble to pieces. So you didn't write down the algorithm yet.

No, what I did was write it for a machine whose language I no longer understand.
