Re: Is this cool with you?Yes, that is correct see post #224 for the explanation. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. Probability is the most important concept in modern science, especially as nobody has the slightest notion what it means. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. #227 2011-02-04 22:18:36

Re: Is this cool with you?Hi bobbym, "Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense" - Buddha? "Data! Data! Data!" he cried impatiently. "I can't make bricks without clay." #229 2011-02-04 22:21:23
Re: Is this cool with you?Okay, that is done! Now I go to the circle problem. I am half done with that. Thanks for looking at this problem guys. In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them. Probability is the most important concept in modern science, especially as nobody has the slightest notion what it means. 90% of mathematicians do not understand 90% of currently published mathematics. #230 2011-02-04 22:24:31

Re: Is this cool with you?Have not used it in awhile ( old version ). I know it uses lisp as its programming language. Stick with Sage if you already know that.
