Those are all good but here are three that were actually suggested at a meeting of the great minds. Okay, meeting of the Tiny Minds.
1) Tired of the fact that he had to rotate his tires because of wear this T.M. suggested making the roads out of rubber and making tires out of stone.
2) Obviously very impressed with Messala's great record in chariot racing back in the movie Ben Hur,
this T.M. suggested welding steel rods to the underside of autos.
The rods would be sticking out in all directions making drivers feel safe from other vehicles.
3) This extreme animal lover and T.M. who would weep upon hearing the expression "like moths to the flame," decided that they should try to breed asbestos covered moths.
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
I have the result, but I do not yet know how to get it.
All physicists, and a good many quite respectable mathematicians are contemptuous about proof.
I actually own a solar powered torch :] It has a little handle which you can wind up as well if it's dark, so you can power it up that way if you've used all the power it collected during the day.
Not such a stupid invention ;]
School is practice for the future. Practice makes perfect. But - nobody's perfect, so why practice?
