lightning slow down, there a lot to learn.
Yes most IP are different, there are exceptions to it.
He would know that he is 16 through many ways, email address, name, etc. You just need to know some info about the person.:)

MIF 2 things:
1. I cannot log out using Internet Explorer 6
2. Sometimes site logs me out after i post, happens randomly.
I noticed the random log in the past 2 days.

If you go to Profile → Privacy and tick Save username and password between visits, that may prevent you from being logged out in the middle of sessions. (The mid-session logouts may be due to accidental deletion of temporary session cookies.) To log out completely, untick that box before logging out.

I hate it when people do things like this. It's pointless, as you've shown, it's wrong, and it's disruptive to the community of the forum. There should be punishment other than banning for major spamming like this.

I might know a forum who gets a lot of bots per day and maybe it could help you stop bots. They seem to recover for it pretty quickly. Would you like me to post the link? I have not been one in a while though.
