That was a skit we used to do in boy scouts. Same set up, but at the end, someone comes running out of the woods half naked:
"Who the heck are you?"
"I'm Roger!"
"In the real world, this would be a problem. But in mathematics, we can just define a place where this problem doesn't exist. So we'll go ahead and do that now..."
