(x+a)(b-x) = c
x+a = c -> x = c-a
b-x = c -> x = b-c
((c-a)+a)(b-(c-a)) = c
c(a+b-c) = c -> a+b = c+1
((b-c)+a)(b-(b-c)) = c
c(a+b-c) = c
the condition is that a+b = c+1
