Sad

I've been in San Francisco for 4 Months now , MY English is enough for Study but not enough for SAT or ACT . I CANT GO TO UNIVERISTY!!I have to keep learning math and physics myself ....... Sad Face......I WANT SCHOOLING SO BAD.

Like you I have the wish to learn (mathematics or any other subject) – but unlike you I will always seek to learn everything by myself, at my own pace, in my own way, when I can. Going to school or university is great (I’ve been there) – but it would mean that I might not be able to learn at my own pace, and that I would have to submit to external timetables and pressures and what not. neutral

For me, the fastest progress up the learning curve is by teaching myself, not by being taught by others.

My country is China~   I don't know , actually I wanna learn by myself, but my parents are pushing ~ so , I have to find a school

I think they only allow people with basic maths, english and science degrees into Universety. Just study loads and you could go to Universety next year.

All my textbook dont have answers to the questions ,  I have a hard time learning them.

here here, JaneFairfax! I learned so much quicker before I got into college. sad

The only advantage is you get official credentials. But if you're just doing it out of interest, then self study is the way to go! up
