Hi everyone,
I am new to math and would love to join this community to share and learn.
I am currently learning about quadratic functions or linear equations. If anyone can help me explain or provide references, I would be very grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this article.

Greetings! ? Whereas linear equations of the form y = mx + c and graph as straight lines, quadratic functions are equations such as y = ax² + bx + c that graph as parabolas. Both are fundamental concepts in mathematics; begin with linear equations because they are easier to understand, and then proceed to quadratics to learn how graphs can curve.

Hi GretaJKelly,
Welcome to the forum.
The maths teaching pages that Ganesh has provided links are a great place to start. Have a look; try doing some of the test questions at the bottom of each page and then post back here with details of how you are getting on and ask for more specific help. I'll try to answer any queries you have.
