Simple help of algebra?

Hi all;
I have simple problem of this concept that is
If there is sqrt 2 divided by sqrt 9
Then how we say (2÷9)whole sqrt

sqrt{2}/sqrt{9}

The sqrt{9} = 3.

Answer: sqrt{2}/3.

In decimal form, we get 0.4714045208.

Rounded to 4 decimal places, we get 0.4714.
