The one thing I regret posting thread

One thing i regret posting is that knowing everything is a crime, that is wrong. A soul spending his whole existence not knowing anything would been worse then anything else, since it then would've missed everything. I have this attitude today cause I feel all in life was really good. Because I have a little proof for that.

1 is the opposite of -1.
then you square root both sides, and no matter how much you square root one will allways be on one side, if you like it to be.
that's why one must be the opposite of one too, if you wish, cause you only need to square both sides. So anything could be anything that you like it to be. That's why trying to know things that you like to know would be a good existence.

Do you guys have a post you regret?

Hi LQ;

Some, dealing with people has always been a problem for me. When they have an ego almost as large as mine then sparks fly.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

I have a lot of posts I regret but I'd be sitting here typing for ever if I could name them all. I just hate 'people' in general. Especially if their real.

Yikes! But what if the people don't hate you?

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

Then they've obviously lost it! It's just the human race, people can be so stupid sometimes. Shame of what we have done to this world. Sometime in the future I really think our inventions will come back to haunt us, then those humans will be sorry. And the killer robots will come back from the future and kill us before we even invent them (how thick are they?) Then there'll probably be a huge rip in time and space, and the Universe will collapse in on itself. They'll be sorry then, wouldn't they?

Hi Tigeree;

What future? The automobile is killing us right now.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

I think it is because people today are misguided. We are still trying to shrug off the dogmas that for so long have hindered our progress as a species. It is not science that is to blame, for science is one of the greatest enlightenments the human race has ever witnessed. It is what people do with science - the corrupted thoughts of irrational minds, that forces such evils upon the world.
It is a sad thing, our petty quarrels and egotistical warfare. I don't understand why people can't just love each other instead of fighting and killing. It must be an innate human flaw: that we prefer to manufacture unhappiness and persecute those who are happy.
Mad world.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

Of course science isn't to blame! Who said that? Oh, yeah, me. It's the scientists. Like with that Hadron Collider. Or whatever, they could've killed the whole planet. But otherwise, well said, Identity. I bet things are better in another parallel universe. 'Cause this one isn't. I think the only good thing in this world are people's imagination. And science, but that can kind of collide.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

you said it, if there would be any material that can neither grow nor let out anything, it would've duplicated or something of the like. But since it is a legend, big or not, it might still not exist.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

Hi;

Giving humans science was like handing a brand new, fully loaded machine gun to your five year old and telling him to take it outside and play with it.

Anyway, we are getting off topic from LQ's original point.

LOL! I see where your coming from, bobby. Now I can't decide whether to keep laughing at your example, or go back to being emo as I was saying, stupid.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

#8?#8 was mine you can't regret what I posted. Only I may regret that, because I posted it. Although regret it if you want, I probably will anyway. Actually, I most likely regret almost everything I ever posted on this forum. Everything I write has nothing to do with maths, no one really cares, anyway. Exactly.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

No! No! No crying! I will hug you.

Not because you said you hate people.

You shouldn't be so angry. There is an army unit I know of that is fully trained in crowd control.

Their motto is:

Rockets and bombs
Can blow off our arms
But angry people
Just make us want to annihilate them.

They are being dispatched for urban pacification and security ... anywhere large groups of civilians congregate.

Re: The one thing I regret posting thread

Virtual hug. smile I try to bury my anger, it just isn't working lately. That just turned into me being an emo. That's a nice motto, btw. Even though it is a little odd. It's so crowded in this city, and I'm very antisocial. It's hard, but I'll get used to it, I think.
