#1) True.
#2) False. The correct answer is 15/40 = 3/8.
#3) True.
#4) I have no idea of county cricket.
#5) 4/6 = 2/3.

Q.2 Total male and female = 25+15=40  so The Probability for selecting female  = 15/40

Q.3 sample space (1,1)     (1,2)    (1,3)    (1,4)    (1,5)    (1,6)
(2,1)    (2,2)    (2,3)    (2,4)    (2,5)    (2,6)
(3,1)    (3,2)    (3,3)    (3,4)    (3,5)    (3,6)
(4,1)    (4,2)    (4,3)    (4,4)    (4,5)    (4,6)

from sample you can see by adding numbers if it equals to 12 .  that is only one possibility (6,6)   so probability is 1/total

S = {1,2,3,4,5,6}.  so greater than equals to  3 is    3, 4, 5 , 6 so probability is 4/6 or 2/3.
