Jacobian transformation

First time on this stuff,  and I need an example on how to apply Jacobian transformation

I tried to substitute x as

, y as
and rewrite the equation as Z(x,y) and integrate it
but the determine make the Sink, Cosk all disappear,  Plz help. Thanks in advance
