How would one use the following parametrization of a torus to determine the surface area of the torus as a function of C and r?
x = (C + rcosv)cosu
y = (C + rcosv)sinu
z = rsinv
where 0 ≤ u, v ≤ 2*pi
C = radius from the center of the hole to the center of the torus tube
r = radius of the torus tube
use the formula
