exponential decay of radioactive material:
the half life of a radioactive material is 25 years
started with 200 mg of material
how many years will it take to be left with 25 mg
t/n
M=C(½)
M = final mass
C = original mass
½ = decay factor
t = time
n = half life
How do you isolate the fractional exponent?

You should have posted this in the help me section at the top of the main forum page.
Are you familiar with logarithms? If not then post back.
