Assignment Problem-LPP Problem

Dear All
This is to request you to help me in solving one of my query in assignment problem.
 

                               Job 
                              1    2   3   4   5 
Mechanist                 A   12   0   1   8   0 
                          B   0    10  9   11  0 
                          C   0    8   5   3   0 
                          D   22   0   0   0   4 
                          E   14   4   0   0   0

Above represents reduced assignment table, everything has been done except jobs to mechanists. This is a multiple solution problem & my query in this is that if we give first assignment to A2 then only I am able to complete the assignment (by making further assignments to B1, C5, D3, & E4), but in case I give first assignment to A5, I am not able to assign any job to mechanist C.
You are requested to help me & oblige.
