Please help
After 1000 rolls of a normal six sided die the 6 had occured on 17.2% of the time. The rolls were continued and after 3000 rolls the 6 had occured on 16.8% of the rolls. What percentage of the last 2000 rolls resulted in a 6.
I know the answer is 16.6% but how do you get it?
