Re: Introducing myself

Oh, I forgot. I’ve done a course on Mandarin too, so I know a bit of Chinese as well. lol

However I’m more interested in learning things all by myself; that’s why I’m much more interested in the languages I listed above – because I have learnt / am learning them on my own. wink

I may be late in this, but touché, Rod. Touché, indeed.

Well, as I forgot to do this before, better late than never, welcome to the forums, Jane. You're most certainly a more valuable member than certain persons.

Re: Introducing myself

More about myself.

I have many interests, but three of them stand out above everything else at the moment. One of them is, of course, maths. up Another one of my interests is languages. I love all languages. And I’ve been contributing regularly at the UniLang.org forums. cool

The third thing in which I’m currently passionately interested is Jane Austen. tongue

Re: Introducing myself

Hi leo ... you can write your own introduction. Use "New Topic" in Introductions and tell us all about yourself (but stay anonymous if you are under 13)

I was born in Germany, knowing the native language, then at aged 5, sent for adoption in China where i learnt Chinese.
