Confused - Please help

Im trying to solve a physics problem and I am doing a dipole problem. The solution says that the key to the problem is that 1/[x² + (z+(d/2)²]^(3/2) is approx. equal to [1/(z²+x²)^(3/2)][1-(3zd)/(2(x²+z²))]. How is this?
