Latex asymptotic

I don't know how to type this in Latex to express something asymptoticly belong to a normal distribution as in the image.

Please help.

im not sure about packages. all the \! are to push the line backwards, and the extra ^ to raise it up so that rather than it looking like this:

you get this with the extra raise
and then with all the \!
