What do you want to do with that equation?

Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

Re: algebra

y=-o.5x+4
This is a line that goes in the 2 o'clock direction, sortof.
Take half of x and add 4 to it.
Okay.
Half of 8 is 4 and add 4 to that to get 8 back again.
So...  The line goes through the point (8,8).
Eight Eight is a point 8 right and 8 up from the middle or (0,0), the origin, the center of all graphs, sortof.

A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm.

Re: algebra

What is that you are trying to find from this equation? Are you trying to estimate the gradient or you want to represent the equation graphically?
