Thanks Jane... but I have another question:

The book explains solving simple equations like

like this:

Now I think what they do is they multiply the domain of solutions by the coefficient of x => 2pi -> 4pi

That's all good, but now what happens to the domain when you have x + pi/3! So then how would that affect the domain!
