Re: The Yume threadI had a very technical dream. Some people had manufactured a large flat plate made of three different plates welded side-by-side. ( I seem to recall Titanim as one of the metals). They had to make it in orbit, but when it arrived it was bowed in the middle, so they had to re-manufacture it and send it back to Earth at great cost. That is all I remember. Re: The Yume threadWhen I look at the back of my head in the mirror I can kind of see this face thing. It looks like a wrinkled baby, has red slit eyes and talks in a whisper. #38 2005-06-25 00:02:39

Re: The Yume threadYou can laugh in dreams. Unfortunately, you usually also laugh in real life, which wakes you up. Stupid funny dreams! Why did the vector cross the road? It wanted to be normal. #47 2005-06-25 01:30:46

Re: The Yume threadWhen I was younger (a little while ago!) we were all watching tv while our parents were talking in the other room. One of our friends (a girl about 10) fell asleep. When her parents decided to leave they woke her up, but she wouldn't go because she couldn't find her "other" shoe. When we told her she had two shoes on already she said, "no, my third shoe". Third Shoe? we asked, "Yes, she said, the one you hang around your neck." She was serious, and not happy to leave without it !
