Equation problem

The following question was confusing me so any help would be appreciated!

Find the solution in integers to the equation
155x+341y+385z=1 (where 1 is the gcd of 155,341, and 385).

+ 341 - 155 = 186 - 155 = 31
+ 385 - 341 = 44 - 31 = 13
+ 385 - 155 = 230 - 31(7)= 13; 31 - 2(13) = 5; 31 - 6(5) = 1  Yeah!!
Now what have I done?!
