complex number

Please help me out with the below 2 sums:


             m        m
1.  If (1+i)  ÷ {1-i)  =1, then find the least integral value of m.

2.  Find the number of non-zero integral solutions
                                 x    x
of the equation mod(1-i)  = 2

So, when does i^m = 1? When m = 4k (k is an integer)
