Member Contributions ForumI think it might be cool to have a member contribution forum, where, if you feel like writing an article, you can submit it for all to read, and mods/Mathsisfun could select good ones every now and then and format them into Mathsisfun quality articles! #2 20070730 23:11:41
Re: Member Contributions ForumActually, it would probably go in this forum. But lets face it, how many people are going to writing articles for MathsIsFun? "In the real world, this would be a problem. But in mathematics, we can just define a place where this problem doesn't exist. So we'll go ahead and do that now..." #3 20070731 04:46:38

Re: Member Contributions ForumI am happy to put up good articles, like Ricky's two: http://www.mathsisfun.com/sphider/searc … p;search=1 "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." Leon M. Lederman #5 20070801 03:09:40
Re: Member Contributions Forumwell i guess the problem is there aren't that many members who are experienced/knowledgable enough to write good articles. If they're used for teaching the author should really know it inside and out as not to mislead the reader. A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm. #6 20070801 07:25:52
Re: Member Contributions ForumWell, sometimes you are knowledgeable enough! People need to know how to do simple things, too. "The physicists defer only to mathematicians, and the mathematicians defer only to God ..." Leon M. Lederman
