Column Addition

This is a basic page on Addition in Columns (lots of flash)

I would appreciate comments on it ... you could also tell me how it was taught in your school, if they call it "carrying", whether you write the carried number above or below, etc.

the way ive always done the carry digit, is to put it below the last number being added, rather than right at the top.

Thats a great way of teaching how to carry... doesnt go too quickly either. In my school we could put it either at the top or at the bottom, as long as it was in line with the correct column - so it was clear what the number meant.

No. Well yes. I just wanted to ask you, do you trust me, puppet? (kidding)
This is REALLY good, therefor I want to be a "Real" member. If it doesn't take too much disc space, that is.
