Some people likes Maths, some don't. Nearly everyone on this forum loves Maths, except me. But I think Times Tables are fine, I'm staring to learn the 13 Times Tables at the moment.

Learning other multiplication tables won't do you any good for the start of KS3. If you really want to prepare for tests, learn a few square numbers above 12². You'll probably have trouble remembering other tables.

KS3 is a little different from KS2, as KS4 is from KS3, as KS5 is from KS4, and so on...
