Great, when a complex ANOVA-type question comes along, it's all yours!

I notice you use vBulletin, but I have found PunBB to be great because it's developer (Rickard Andersson) is so approachable, and there is a great community of supporters. It is also lean and quick, which helps people on slower connections.

Thanks MathsIsFun. I like vbulletin because of its admin functions. It gives a lot of control and flexibility over the forums. If you are interested, there is a demo at http://www.vbulletin.com/admindemo.php

Your forum is very nice. Congratulations!

ANOVA stands for analysis of variance. It's a stats term.

It's probably best if you raise that point on the site that quark advertised. He hasn't posted here in nearly a year, so it's unlikely that he'll read your message.

Why did the vector cross the road?

It wanted to be normal.

it is just that the link to "contact us" doesn't work and there is no way to post any messages when you are not "fully" registrated. is there anyway of getting hold of his or hers mail-adress through this website?

Hi Faith, and welcome to the forum!

Miamia: I got a reply from quark: "Thanks Rod. I have filtered the registration email address for some common letter combination used by spammers. If she use another email it'll probably work."
