What percent of whole numbers between 1 and 1000 inclusive are perfect squares?

Yes, I get:

Perfect Squares: 3.1%
Perfect Numbers: 0.3%

thanks that is what i got
but then i forgot to include 1000. SO would it make it 3.2%

31 time 31 euals 961
and 32 times 32 equals 1024
shich is the perfect square above 1000 so its 31!
