Yes, that is correct, that is, if you were replying to the first question in this thread.

This thread needs to be made trickier. And we already have a percentages thread, can't we add this to mine?

60%=6/10

70%=7/10

80%=8/10

90%=9/10

5%=1/20??

You can simplify these into 1/5,2/5,3/5, and 4/5, respectively
