two lines are parallel when they have equal gradients, so we have
y = 5/2x + c.
now substitute the coordinate value on the line we need, (2,1)
1 = 5/2×2 + c
1 = 10/2 + c
c = 1-10/2 = -8/2 = -4
so the line equation is
y = 5/2x - 4
