It isn't 2007 over here. I don't think it will be 2007! for a long time, either. ._.
2007 is in 12 hours. As of now, 2007 comes in 11 hours, 7 minutes and 49 seconds.

Hey, I just realised - if it was new year for Toast when he said it was, then he was one of the first people to have new year. His timezone is next to the dateline, so if he went any further forward then he'd be dropped back into yesterday.
Anyway, happy new year, everyone!
