Relatively prime

are the numbers 153 and 422 " relatively prime"?

Two numbers are relatively prime if they don't share any common factors (except 1).

153 = 3x3x17.
422 = 2x211.

None of these prime factors are shared, and so 153 and 422 are indeed relatively prime.

they are not relatively prime

42 = 2*2*2*2*3
153 = 3*3*17

they share the common factor 3
