I just realized. . .
There is not a math history forum. That seems like we're missing out on some pretty interesting stuff about Mathematics. Just a thought.

This is indeed a very interresting topic! The question is just: Wouldn't a post in Café Infinity once in a while be enough? I think a whole forum of it's own might be too much, if you look at how often people discuss it here. On the other side, maybe a forum would encurage more people to write about the history of math.
